Cumulative impacts with other developments are unacceptable:
PMR quote “No significant intervisibility effects with either Crystal Rigg (including its extension) or Black Hill are likely”. Crystal Rigg 2 and Aikengall were NOT included in any Cumulative Landscape And Visual Impact Assesment (CLAVIA) although they were in the planning process at the time of the amended proposal. This rejects any claims by PMR that there are “no significant intervisibility effects” between wind farms within 30km of the proposed site (SNH policy on renewable energy 2001) as not all developments were included.
